Our Story
N.A.S. Properties was founded in the summer of 2007 by Norm and Aaron St. Pierre. The first property the partnership purchased was a 19 acre parcel of land set on beautiful Wilson Lake. The property consisted of five cottages in need of some desperate TLC. NAS quickly jumped at the opportunity to buy the property with high hopes of turning it into a successful rental site for friends and family to enjoy for years to come.
Here is a look at the property before we went to work.
The vision of Norm and Aaron was successfully implemented during the fall and winter months. Each cottage was refurbished inside and out, top to bottom. Along with the cottages, the property was cleaned up also. The first season of operation, the summer of 08’, ran very smooth with the help of extensive pre-planning and organizing. Renters who experienced the property earlier in their life were extremely excited to see the new and improved property; Bass Point Cottages.
